Some better news for the labour market this morning with the DEEWR Job Vacancies series popping 7.6% in January:

I would not be surprised to see some improved flow of labour market metrics in the first half. Falls in leading indicators have slowed. The test will come in the second half as the capex cliff drops away. Full report here.
