Where is Mr Tinkler?

A BATTLE over the whereabouts of Nathan Tinkler is playing out in the NSW Supreme Court today, as mining group Blackwood Resources defends its push to have the troubled coal entrepreneur face public examination of his finances.

Blackwood forced Mr Tinkler’s Mulsanne Resources into liquidation late last year after Mulsanne failed to proceed with a deal to buy a one-third stake in the listed coal junior for $28.4 million.

…Mr Tinkler was expected to appear in court last Friday but failed to attend and has been threatened with arrest if he does not come to court later this week…Lawyers for Mr Tinkler, meanwhile, repeatedly objected to questions related to Mr Tinkler’s whereabouts.
