From BS:

Home prices in capital cities rose in February, offsetting a weaker period in January, according to a leading survey.

The RP Data-Rismark hedonic home value index showed capital city house prices rose 0.8 per cent in February.

The result follows a fall in values of one per cent in January.

RP Data-Rismark have relaunched the index, which was formally released monthly. It will now provide daily updates on house prices.

The latest survey marks the first daily release.

Daily? OMG. We’ll have much more later with the full release, obviously. But for now here’s the ASX link.
