Following in the wake of the Kouk’s idiocy last month, Property valuer Nicholas Beck has tried to argue that housing affordability is better for Gen Ys today than it was for their baby boomer parents. From The AFR:

Property valuer Nicholas Beck… says millennials (those who reached young adulthood in about 2000) should stop moaning and start paying off a mortgage.
