So, after a week of property abuse, who is the King of the Housing Wankers?

  • Is it Bernard Salt and his decade long crusade to crush young people with high house prices?
  • Is it Stephen Koukoulas and his credibility imploding analysis of the underpinnings of affordability?
  • Is it publicity seeking corrupter of policy process Arthur Ilias?
  • Is it Alan Kohler and his tears for a son he does nothing to help?

It’s none in my view. None of these is actual royalty. They are courtiers.
