Deloitte: Property to turn into “worst investment”

Chris Richardson of Deloitte Access Economics has given an interview to The AFR, whereby he warned of the growing risk of a downturn in Australia’s residential property market.

Richardson argues that the continued strength of the housing market and key export commodities, such as iron ore and coal, means that something will have to give eventually, and property could prove to be the worst investment option in coming years.
