Tianjin benchmark fell 0.6% to $62.30. Paper rebounded a little overnight. While rebar climbs there is hope for more. Coking coal futures were hit by fee hikes on Chinese exchanges seeking to squash the rally. Thermal is powering on on the Chinese restock.
