Domain: House prices rise 1.5% in Q2

Domain (formerly APM) has released its house price results for the June quarter, which has revealed that house prices nationally rose by 1.5% over the quarter, with unit values rising by 0.7%.

Over the year, house prices rose by 2.7% nationally, whereas unit values rose by just 0.1% (see below graphic from The AFR):
