RP Data: Rental yields fall to record lows

Following on from my post this morning on RP Data’s daily dwelling values index results for April, Core Logic-RP Data has released its full results, which also cover the smaller capitals and regional areas (see next table).

As you can see above, the smaller capitals and the regions had a mixed month in April, with Darwin (-1.7%) and Hobart (-2.0%) recording big falls, but Canberra (+1.2%) and ‘rest of State’ (+0.6%) recording rises.
