Hockey’s faux housing affordability concern

Despite overwhelming opposition, Treasurer Joe Hockey has maintained his stance on allowing home buyers to raid their superannuation to purchase their first homes, claiming that he is very concerned about housing affordability. From The AFR:

“I am most concerned about the accessibility of housing for first home buyers,” Mr Hockey told ABC Radio on Wednesday.
