Weekly RP Data Australian house price update

In the week ended 13 November 2014, the RP Data-Rismark 5-city daily dwelling price index, which covers the five major capital city markets, rose 0.03%. It was the eighth consecutive weekly increase (see next chart).

Home prices rose in all major capitals except Melbourne (see next chart).
