REINSW slams RBA’s jekyll and hyde routine

President of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW), Malcolm Gunning, has this afternoon slammed the Reserve Bank Of Australia’s (RBA) inconsistency on property investment, which has seen it swing from encouraging investment to being on the brink of implementing macroprudential curbs to slow the property market down. From The Australian:

“Six months ago, Mr Stevens was encouraging investment in real estate,” Mr Gunning said.
