Average weekly earnings take a hammering (members)

The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) has just released the Average Weekly Earnings (AWE) data for the six months to May 2014. A breakdown of the key changes is provided below:

According to the ABS, on a seasonally-adjusted basis, national total AWE increased by just 0.8% in the six months to May 2013, to be just 1.6% higher year-on-year.
