Evil geniuses of climate conspiracy exposed!

The government’s counter-revolutionary task force on climate change has chalked up two spectacular wins over the weekend. From the AFR:

Danish political scientist Bjorn Lomborg has blamed “toxic politics, ad hominem attacks, and premature judgment” for the University of Western Australia’s decision to pull out of his planned Australia Consensus Centre which would have advised on the best ways to tackle the world’s development challenges.

UWA vice chancellor Paul Johnson said on Friday that he would return the $4 million funding for the think tank, which was announced last month, to the federal government.

…He said that opposition from within the university and the broader academic community to the centre meant it would have lacked the support to do its work and deliver value for money to taxpayers.

Tony Abbott has been urged to dump his chief business adviser, Maurice Newman…Climate change scientist Will Steffen said Mr Newman should offer his resignation and, if he did not, more sensible business leaders should pressure him to step down as the chairman of the Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Council.

…”I think it’s time for business to come forward and simply say ‘We realise this is an important issue, we realise there are a lot of different views on how to deal with the issue, but the common basis has to be a scientific understanding of the seriousness of the problem.’

Professor Steffen is a the local bureau chief of the global connivance that created climate change to overthrow Australian rights:

Will Steffen (born 1947) was the executive director of the Australian National University (ANU) Climate Change Institute and a member of the AustralianClimate Commission until its abolishment in September 2013.[1] From 1998 to 2004, he was the executive director of the International Geosphere-Biosphere Programme, a co-ordinating body of national environmental change organisations based in Stockholm.[2]

Steffen completed a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri in 1970. The University of Florida awarded him an MSc in 1972 and a PhD in 1975.[3] He is widely published on climate science. His research interests range over climate change and Earth system science issues, with a focus onsustainability. He has written on adapting land use to climate change, bringing human processes into the modelling and analysis of the Earth system, and the history of and future prospects for the relationship between the natural world and humans.[2] Steffen has also been prominent advocating along with Paul Crutzen the concept of the Anthropocene,[4] and initiating along with Johan Rockström an international debate on planetary boundaries and the “safe operating space” for humanity.[5]

Steffen served as science adviser to the Australian Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency.[2] He has been a member of the advisory board of the Australian Bureau of Meteorology and worked with the Prime Minister’s Science, Engineering and Innovation Council. He was also on an advisory panel in Colorado with the National Center for Atmospheric Research.[3]

Currently, Steffen is on the Science Advisory Committee of the APEC Climate Centre in Korea. He is honorary professor at the Copenhagen University‘s Department of Geography and Geology and visiting researcher at the Stockholm Resilience Centre.[3] He is the chair of the Federal Government’s Antarctic Science Advisory Committee, and advises the Australian Government in further roles as scientific adviser to the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency and as expert adviser to the Multi-Party Climate Change Committee.[3] Steffen also sat on the Australian Climate Commission.[6]

In 2011, he was the principal author of a government climate report, The Critical Decade,[7] which advocated a tax should be placed on carbon.

It’s as clear as the air in front you that here is the evil genius behind the treasonous pen-pushing cabal that’s concocted climate change to assume world power. The next phase of the great scheme – space lasers holding Canberra hostage – has been foiled!
