Immigration idiocy engulfs The Guardian

This week we’ve seen some ridiculous headlines (here and here) ahead of this Friday’s official release of the 2022 Population Statement by the Orwellian Centre for Population.

But the prize for the dumbest headline must go to The Guardian’s Amy Remeikis, who claims Australia will be “smaller, older and sicker” because of the temporary decline in immigration over the pandemic:
