Workers will never return full-time to the office

Workplace services provider ISS CEO Jacob Aarup-Andersen says that most workers of the countries in which it operates are returning to offices in a “hybrid” manner. However, he says that CEOs have been asking ISS for suggestions on how they can get their employees back into the office every weekday, with its ideas including Monday morning breakfasts and external speakers on Friday afternoons, followed by a BBQ or drinks:

“With the need for flexibility, the importance of the office has become even bigger, it’s become even more relevant,” says Aarup-Andersen.

“Most innovation in companies does not happen in scheduled innovation Teams calls; it happens in the workplace when you don’t think about it”…
