Victoria records 221 COVID cases

Victoria has recorded another 221 locally acquired COVID cases over the past 24 hours, down from 246 respectively over the prior two days:

Most are mystery cases. Of the 221 local cases, only 98 have so far been linked to known cases and outbreaks.
