UBS: Aussie house prices to fall more than 7% in 2019

A UBS investor survey has forecast a 7% decline in Australian property prices in 2019. From The AFR:

The investors surveyed of whom 85 per cent were “long only” investors had a very negative outlook for home prices over the next 12 months, with 83 per cent bearish – of which 22 per cent are very bearish.
