As Melbourne’s population has ballooned by an insane 1.2 million people over the past 13 years, and with the city projected to grow to more than 10 million people by 2066 under the ABS’ ‘medium’ projection:

Melbournian’s have already experienced the proliferation of high-rise ‘shoe box’ apartments, which have long been denigrated for their poor design.
