Geelong houses boom as Melbournians flee crush-loading

Over the past year or so, I have met a bunch of people that have moved to Geelong to escape Melbourne’s worsening congestion and deteriorating quality of life, as well as to buy an ‘affordable’ home, which has become increasingly difficult to find in Melbourne.

MB’s regular contributor, Gunnamatta, lives in Geelong and has frequently told me about the exodus of Melbournians to Geelong.
