Expert warns on Australia’s productivity slump

Dean Parham, who for more than a decade ran the Productivity Commission’s research into measuring the nation’s productivity track-record, has warned that Australian living standards will continue to slide unless the nation can boost its productivity performance. From The AFR:

“Living standards have fallen since 2011-12 as the terms of trade have fallen and there has been no real pickup in labour productivity or [multi factor] productivity growth”…
