Howdy you lot, back from illness and can’t believe my eyes. The more things change the more they stay the same it seems…

    • Wow…great to see that in a mag such a Time!

Get the word out there, i say.

Has been a gripe of mine for years (yes, i’m an engineer).

Short-term focus (anything less than 3 years) is killing innovation around the world – bean-counters and MBAs should be utilities to making the engineers run the business better, but rarely, IMHO, should they be running the joints – unless they are particularly gifted with entrepreneurial vision, which is rare.

Let the engineers and entrepreneurs who set up the venture(s) keep running the ventures – allow real vision and acumen to flourish; all else is support services (even if they are valuable!)

      Yours Truly,
      From an Engineer 😉

  1. Great to see you back.

After a few days of withdrawal when you first disappeared, I came to really appreciate the depth of the team at MB. Well done all.
