The CEOs of the CBA and AMP have urged Australia’s government’s to invest in new infrastructure projects and undertake other supply-side reforms in order to improve housing affordability. From The AFR:

Mr Narev urged governments to take the pressure off house prices by using infrastructure projects to increasing the supply of housing stock.
